Haeundae (a.k.a. Tidal Wave) - (2009) As far as disaster-films go (think movies like Armageddon, Poseidon Adventure, Twister, etc.), I thought Haeundae was top-notch! It had interesting characters who were relatable (along with an excellent cast), thrilling action sequences, and solid special effects. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a popcorn flick that blends humor and drama with excellent action scenes.
